We are recruiting for a leading painting and decorating company to find an experienced Painting Foreman for their team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to oversee a variety of exciting residential and commercial projects.
**You will be responsible for:**- Managing on site operations to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Leading a team of painters, promoting quality and efficiency.
- Maintaining high standards in Health and Safety practices.
- Interpreting plans and specifications to deliver top-tier painting results.
**What We're Looking For:**
We're seeking a hands-on leader with:- Proven experience as a Painting Foreman or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial painting techniques.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality finishes.
- Leadership and communication skills to inspire and manage a team.
- A focus on Health and Safety compliance.
- Reliable transport and flexibility to work on-site as required.
