Seeking experienced Qualified Builder – For Renovations & Extensions (Company Van + Fuel Card)

Location: Kapiti Coast / Wellington Region (ideally north Wellington – Johnsonville and beyond)

Jbuild Construction Limited is looking for a qualified, experienced builder to join our team!

We are a small, family-friendly company based on the Kapiti Coast, specializing in residential renovations and extensions. Our focus is delivering high-quality workmanship, and we take real pride in the finished product.

• Full-time position with a variety of residential projects
• Work mainly across Kapiti and Wellington
• Hiace work van and fuel card provided for the right builder (foreman role)
• Focus on renovations, extensions, and residential construction, decks, bathrooms
• No commercial construction sites

• Is a qualified builder(LBP preferred)
• Has strong experience in residential construction
• Has an eye for detail and values quality
• Can work independently and manage small projects
• Is reliable, motivated, and takes pride in their work
• Lives in or around north Wellington or the Kapiti Coast

• A company that values workmanship and quality

• A company van and fuel card for the foreman role
• Consistent work with a focus on residential renovations and extensions
• Fair pay based on experience and value to the company
