We are looking for a full-time team player with a good attitude, the ability to multi-task, strive to achieve targets and be prepared to get in and get the job done. Accounts Receivable / Payable, credit control experience, good data entry skills and intermediate Excel knowledge is essential.

Duties include but are not limited to:

You will be able to tick all these boxes too:

• Processing of direct credits.
• Daily contact with our customers, team members and branch managers.
• Reporting and analysis of debtor information.
• Management of unallocated receipts.
• Reconciling of accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Cool, calm and collected under pressure

You are computer savvy, you know your way confidently around Word, Excel and Outlook and have excellent time management skills.
