This is a **Casual Position where hours of work are "as and when"** required basis upon business needs.

• Provide warm, friendly, and professional customer service to all customers.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Prepare and present food and beverages, including espresso coffee.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing café environment.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.

• Experience in retail, café, or hospitality environments.
• Confident handling cash and using point-of-sale systems.
• A positive, reliable team player with great communication skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on role.
• A proactive attitude with a strong focus on customer service, hygiene, and safety.
