Assistant Store Manager (2IC) - ROTORUA HOME

We are looking for a self-motivated and driven individual for the Assistant Store Manager role at our Rotorua Home store.
This is a FULL-TIME position working 41.25 hours per week, on a Tuesday to Saturday roster:
Tuesday: 9-5.45Wednesday: 9-5.45
Thursday: 9-5.45
Friday: 8.45-5.45
Saturday: 8.45-5.15

As the Second-In-Charge of the team, you will:
Lead by example and assist the Store Manager in daily operations, staff leadership, operational efficiency and customer satisfactionHarness and promote teamwork and cultivate a culture around exceptional customer experience
Demonstrate and ensure that customer service is not an afterthought but an intrinsic part of the sales process
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Extensive experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail settingThe drive to achieve store sales budgets and KPI targets
Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with customers
Excellent communication skills to manage and motive your team
The creative flair for visual merchandising
