In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and efficient welcome from check-in through to departure. You will be responsible for delivering consistent, professional service, while also identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience through upselling, accurate reservations, and seamless communication.
Key responsibilities:- Efficiently manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
- Provide attentive, friendly service to all guests and respond promptly to enquiries
- Manage phone calls, emails, and reservation requests with accuracy and efficiency
- Complete cashiering functions, including billing, payments, and daily balancing
- Promote and upsell hotel facilities, restaurant services, and local attractions
- Resolve guest requests or concerns in a timely and professional manner
What we're looking for:
- Someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and enjoys working within a dynamic team environment
- Previous experience in hotel front office or hospitality (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence with multitasking and using computers in general
- A professional, approachable, and guest-focused manner
- Flexibility to work rotational AM and PM shifts, which will include weekends and public holidays

This is a full-time position. Pay range of $23.85 - $26.07 per hour, depending on experience.
