Accounts Payable/Receivable Officer
We are seeking to employ a full time Accounts Payable/Receivable Officer to work in an established and successful family office investment group involved in a broad range of business activities.
The position is office based, in modern offices located at the Viaduct, Auckland City and would ideally suit an experienced (3+ years’) and detail-orientated Accounts Payable/Receivable Officer. The person will be a core member of the finance team.
The key aspects of the role is to take charge of the accounts payable and receivable functions including ensuring invoices are correctly coded and approved, data entry processing, PO management, and processing of payment runs. Accounts receivable includes customer billing, processing cash receipts, and direct communication with debtors regarding their account when required.
The successful applicant will have sound numerical and computer skills, high attention to detail/accuracy, ERP experience (preferably SAP), and/or other AP automation platforms, good interpersonal skills, professional presentation and attitude, and enjoy working in a small team environment.
