Horizon Networks is recruiting for a Systems Administrator to join our team in Whakatane. This position is permanent full-time, 40 hours per week operating 7.30am to 4.00pm.

Reporting to the Shared Services Manager, you will be responsible to:
- Ensure that the profitability of business units is achieved by assisting with effective management of resources through better procurement in liaison with the Horizon stores.
- Manage databases to a high standard ensuring data input is accurate and the database(s) are kept up to date at all times.
- Build strong long-term relationships with our internal and external customers ensuring they see Horizon Services Limited (HSL) as a preferred supplier with excellent customer service and technical support.
- To work in partnership with the wider Administration Team and be part of the function to coordinate our business units, including administrative processing.
- Accounting or Business Administration qualification, or equivalent experience
- Current unrestricted NZ driver's licence
- Knowledge of electrical or construction industry desirable
- Minimum 3 years' experience in business financial controls, administration, and payroll
- Experience with computerised job costing systems; knowledge of RAMM, Clarion, Arbor, or Oracle advantageous
- Understanding of job profitability and civil contract management
- Strong organisational, time management, and workflow skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills – Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PDF
- Customer-focused with professional and pleasant manner, face-to-face and on the phone
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Proactive, flexible, able to work unsupervised and adapt to changing business needs
