We’ve got a new part-time role covering administration support for our workshop team. Because it’s a newly created role, we’re estimating it will take 2-4 hours a day, but there is some flexibility, and extended leave (school holidays? Travel?) is possible.
Tasks include:
Data entry (Entering timesheets)
Invoicing
Ordering parts for the workshop
Receipting parts for the workshop
Month end invoicing and journals.
Experienced is preferred but not required, as full training will be given. More important is your ATTITUDE. We’re after someone who can fit in well with our team, with a great sense of humour, and excellent customer service skills, providing a friendly face for our customers.
Must be a team player, with a positive attitude.
