Leading Hand / Foreman – Take the Next Step in Your Career
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Leading Hand / Foreman to supervise and support our concrete and construction crews on site. If you're a natural leader who leads by example and takes pride in quality workmanship, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate crew activitiesGuide and mentor laborers, placers, and finishers on the job
Ensure work is completed on time, to specification, and to a high standard
Liaise with site supervisors, project managers, and subcontractors
Monitor and enforce safety procedures and site compliance
Assist with scheduling, material ordering, and equipment management
Step in hands-on when needed to keep the job moving
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in concrete, civil, or general constructionPrevious experience in a leading hand, foreperson, or supervisory role
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to read plans and interpret job specifications
Sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
Valid driver's licence (preferred)
