Our mission is to ensure that every young person and their whanau has someone in their corner, providing comprehensive support services for young people who need a little extra help along the way.To help sustain and grow this impact, Springboard also operates a purpose-driven enterprise - Sheepworld.
Our Retail shop and entry to Farmpark is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Retail Assistant to join our Sheepworld team in Warkworth. This is a part-time weekend position working in our retail space, helping create a welcoming experience for visitors from all over New Zealand and overseas.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, working with people, and being part of a supportive and purpose-driven team.
About the Role
You will be involved in the day-to-day running of the Sheepworld retail store, including:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Assisting customers with purchases and product enquiries
- Operating the till and handling payments
- Restocking and presenting merchandise displays
- Helping maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has strong people and communication skills
- Is reliable and able to work one day a weekend
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Can work well both independently and within a team
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage
