As an Aircraft Interior Fitter, you'll be responsible for fitting out aircraft cabins to the highest standard. You’ll work both solo and in a small team environment, often inside tight spaces, under time pressure — so you’ll need to be confident, quick-thinking, and precise.

• Are confident using tools and enjoy hands-on work
• Have experience working on cars, boats, furniture, or similar projects
• Work well under time pressure and can stay calm while solving problems
• Are self-motivated, but also a great team player
• Understand that sometimes the small, repetitive jobs are the key to a perfect finish
• Have a sharp eye for detail — you notice when things are just right
• Are adaptable, reliable, and safety-conscious
• Are eager to learn and love mastering new skills
• Are comfortable wearing PPE and following safety protocols
