Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Front of House staff who are proficient in crafting cocktails, serving alcohol and wines, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.You will be responsible for ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes.
Have an in-depth knowledge of our menu, including wine and cocktail offerings, to make recommendations to guests.
Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a bartender and/or server in a restaurant setting.
Proficiency in mixing cocktails and knowledge of various alcoholic beverages and wines.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with grace.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
