Casual Class 4 Truck Driver
We are looking for a capable, reliable and experienced truck driver to service the cartage side of our business on a casual/on call basis. This role would suit a semi-retired driver looking for occassional work or driver with a flexible schedule.
Our jobs are located at various sites across the Bay of Plenty and often include navigating working job sites safely, being aware of machinery movements and people. On occassion this role may include weekend and night shifts.
Our ideal candidate would have the below attributes:
- Class 2 & 4 licences
- Experienced driver
- Punctual and reliable
- Drive with health and safety at the forefront of operations
- Professional and friendly manner, able to liaise with clients/trades on site where necessary
- Positive can-do attitude, has initiative and a solid work ethic
- Completing pre-start vehicle safety checks and pride in truck condition/appearance
- Pride in your work service
- Capable of completing docketbooks and timesheets accurately.
