This is a **Casual position** where hours of work are "as and when" required basis upon business needs.

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service to students, staff, and visitors.
• Operate point-of-sale systems, including accurate cash handling and transactions.
• Prepare and present food and beverages, including espresso coffee.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented café environment at all times.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.

• Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality environments.
• Confident handling cash and operating POS systems in a fast-paced setting.
• A reliable, hardworking team player with a flexible and positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
• Physically fit and committed to maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.
