The Opportunity
We're looking for an Retail Assistant Store Manager who's ready to set a standard. You're someone who leads from the floor, owns the customer experience, and brings the operational discipline that keeps a high-performing store running at its best.If you're driven by both people and performance, and you want a career that means something - this is where you belong.
What You’ll Do- Support the Store Leader in driving sales and KPI results by leading from the floor and delivering exceptional, customer-first experiences.
- Coach, motivate and develop the team through regular feedback, on the job training and role modelling Lorna Jane service standards.
- Maintain high operational standards by supporting stock management, VM execution and daily store routines.
- Live and breathe the Lorna Jane brand, inspiring the team and customers through Active Living advocacy both in store and within the local community.
