The Role
As Operations Team Lead, you’ll guide a fulfilment team to meet our 24-hour shipping promise while maintaining top quality and safety standards. This hands-on leadership role suits someone who thrives on people, processes, and problem-solving.
What You’ll Do- Lead your team to hit performance goals with accountability
- Manage daily fulfilment to achieve same-day shipping targets
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Dangerous Goods protocols
- Monitor KPIs and optimise workflows for efficiency
- Oversee quality control in packing, labelling, and order assembly
- Recruit, train, and develop a capable team
- Confident leader with strong organisational skills
- Experienced in operations (e.g., warehouse, logistics, manufacturing)
- Familiar with Dangerous Goods handling (IATA certification a plus) and GMP standards
- Proactive and data-driven, with a focus on quality
