About the Role
We are looking for hardworking and reliable Retrofit Insulation Installers to join our Waikato team. You’ll be responsible for installing underfloor and ceiling insulation into existing homes as part of the subsidised insulation programmes.
This is hands-on work that requires attention to detail, working safely in confined spaces, and ensuring installations meet New Zealand Building Code and NZS 4246:2016 standards. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities- Install underfloor and ceiling insulation to compliance standards.
- Work safely in roof spaces, under floors, and other confined areas.
- Follow site Health & Safety procedures, including power isolation during ceiling/underfloor work.
- Accurately record job details, take QA photos, and complete job cards.
- Handle and move insulation products safely and efficiently.
- Represent the company in a professional manner on client sites.
- Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces.
- Comfortable working at heights, under floors, and in varied temperatures.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills with supervisors and clients.
Daily SQM bonus available for hard-working efficient installers.
Earn up to $2000.00 per week!
Hamilton
