Lead Generators - Waikato

The Lead Generator(s) helps with the delivery of all marketing activity to acquire, retain and convert clients, as such they are a major driver of the success of our business.

The core role of the Lead Generator is to go door-to-door targeting suburbs to promote the Warmer Kiwi Homes programme. During each engagement with potential customers the Lead Generator will promote the benefits of the Warmer Kiwi Homes programme to potential customers.

• Achieve 20 x qualified insulation and/or heat pump leads per week through direct marketing or other marketing and advertising campaigns.

• Must be able to build effective networks and working relationships with various people in the communities we serve.
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing to a wide range of audiences.
• Positiively represents GreenSide and our interests to the wider communities that we serve.

• Have an outgoing personality to promote the Warmer Kiwi Homes programme to a wide range of people
• Be physically fit as you will be required to do a lot of walking to promote the Warmer Kiwi Homes programme
• Understanding of the insulation and heat pump industry would be an advantage

• The role of the Lead Generator requires the ability to travel to various locations on a daily basis for marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
• Clean Full NZ Drivers Licence would be advantageous

• Guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week
• Maximum 45 hours per week.
• No overtime
• Hourly rate between $25-$30 per hour depending on experience
• Company fuel card for work related travel
