Health, Safety & Compliance Administrator

We are a family run transport company based in Taupo with over 20 years in business.
We require an experienced person to manage our Health & Safety systems and compliance. This role is currently part-time approximately 15-20 hours per week.
Main Duties- Manage compliance of our health and safety management program
- Promote and support a strong health and safety culture across all areas of our business
- Carry out safety reviews
- Arrange employee health monitoring and random D&A testing
- Maintain documentation and safety-related paperwork
- Carry out workplace inspections and audits.
- Organise induction processes for employees
- Coordinate driver training
- Experience in a health and safety support or coordination role
- Hands-on knowledge of H&S systems and managing training records
- Clear and confident communication skills with strong organisational abilities
- High level of accuracy and a methodical, practical approach
- Comfortable in both administrative and industrial settings
- To be passionate about encouraging a safe and compliant work environment
