About the Role:

As Chef de Partie, you’ll be a key member of our kitchen brigade, responsible for running your section with precision, consistency, and creativity. You’ll work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to ensure every plate meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present dishes to the highest standard
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Ensure your section is well-stocked and prepared for service
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Assist in creating seasonal dishes and specials
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
  • Chef training or formal culinary qualification or equivalent experience
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • High personal standards of hygiene and reliability
