Office Manager
Are you an organized, proactive, and people-oriented professional? We’re looking for a temporary Office Manager to join our client’s team for 3–4 months, with the potential to become permanent based on client needs and performance. Step in to keep their office running smoothly and support a dynamic workplace!
Key Responsibilities:• Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks• Manage and supervise office staff, providing guidance and support• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications• Manage office supplies, vendors, and budgets• Support HR functions, including onboarding and employee relations• Foster a positive and efficient office environment
What We’re Looking For:• Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar leadership role• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Proficiency in office software• A proactive, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail• Immediate availability
