We’re looking for an experienced Senior Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team and help us deliver exceptional dining experiences every day.
About the Role
As our Senior Chef, you’ll play a key leadership role in the kitchen—supporting the Executive Chef in day-to-day operations, maintaining high food quality, and ensuring consistency across all dishes. You’ll also assist in menu development, food costing, stock control, and training junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Executive Chef in leading the kitchen team and maintaining smooth service.
Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
Support in menu planning, stock management, and ordering.
Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to achieve excellence.
Contribute creative ideas for new menu items and specials.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen operations.
A proactive and positive attitude under pressure.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
