- About the roleWe are seeking a reliable and responsive staff member to provide casual, on-call pastoral support for our Tauranga student accommodation facilities
- Selwyn Street Studios and Durham Mews Apartments.This role plays a critical part in ensuring the wellbeing and safety of residents by providing after-hours support when the Residential Life Manager is unavailable.
While you are not required to remain onsite, you must stay within the Tauranga area during your rostered weekend and be available to respond promptly to any incidents or concerns.You will act as a key escalation point for student welfare matters and critical incidents, ensuring appropriate communication with University staff and external services where required.This is a casual position based in Tauranga, with weekend on-call responsibilities.
