We are contemplating employing a part time office administrator to do some of the day-to-day office work and to grow our social media presence. Hours of work would be flexible, with the opportunity to work remotely from home for some of it.
Agman provides a range of vegetation control services (primarily weed spraying) to rural and commercial clients throughout Taranaki and further afield. We are an established and successful small business, and pride ourselves on our professionalism and the quality of our work.
The role could include some, or all, of the following:- Weekly payroll
- Accounts receivable
- Accounts payable
- Reconciling account transactions
- Managing and maintaining company documents
- Managing Human Resource documentation and Staff Training records
- Managing our Health & Safety systems
- Maintaining and improving company systems
- Executing marketing activities through mainstream and social media
- Maintain fleet registration and servicing records
You would need to be familiar with Xero, including payroll. We use online software for job management but invoice through Xero.
We expect this role could be done within 8-12 hours per week, but the role could evolve to be more hours in time.
You would need to come to the workshop on occasion. We are based a few minutes out of Waitara.
