Some of our services include Warrant of Fitness (Cars, Trailers, Motorbikes, Light Trucks & Caravans) Automotive Servicing Repairs, Wheel Alignments, Batteries, Puncture Repairs, Tyres & Tractor Tyres.
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the administrative aspects of our busy automotive workshop. This role ensures smooth workflow, excellent customer communication, and efficient management of staff and resources.
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day office operations
Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
Prepare and issue invoices, including GSTMaintain financial records and support month-end reporting.
Liaise with mechanics and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee office procedures, filing, and correspondence.
Ensure compliance with company policies and NZ regulations.
Handle customers, quotes, and follow-ups professionally and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with health & safety, legal, and company policies.
Requirements: Previous experience in office administration
Strong organisational and communication skills.Competency with Xero
Professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach
A sense of humour
