Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for staff management, inventory control, customer service excellence, sales growth, and ensuring efficient store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day retail operationsSupervise and train retail staff
Monitor inventory and coordinate stock ordering
Ensure high standards of customer service
Develop and implement sales strategies
Maintain financial records and prepare reports
Ensure workplace health and safety compliance
Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally
Requirements: Clean Criminal record check
Relevant qualification or minimum 3 years of retail management experienceStrong leadership and communication skills
Experience in inventory and staff management
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Weekend work is compulsory.
Hours: 30 per weekPay rate: $26 Per hour
