About the Role
You’ll be working a mix of duty management and hands-on bar/FOH shifts, supporting the Venue Manager and team during service.
Your day-to-day will include:- Being responsible for the venue while on duty
- Leading the front-of-house and bar team
- Delivering great customer service
- Managing guest enquiries and bookings
- Opening and closing the venue
- Cash handling and end-of-day cash-up
- Supporting training and onboarding of new staff
- What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment
- Current Duty Manager Certificate and LCQ (must-have)
- Confident, friendly, and professional attitude
- Ability to stay calm and organised in busy services
- Available to work evenings and weekends
