Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Quality and usefulness of market research, customer insight, and strategic recommendations
  • Number and quality of leads, prospects, or commercial opportunities generated
  • Improvement in campaign performance, lead conversion, and customer acquisition outcomes
  • Timeliness, accuracy, and clarity of reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
  • Contribution to market visibility, business growth, and commercial positioning
  • Effectiveness of stakeholder coordination and relationship support
  • Improvement in CRM discipline, campaign tracking, and marketing performance processes
Skills and Experience Required
  • Experience in marketing, market research, business development, commercial analysis, or a related field
  • Strong capability in market analysis, customer research, competitor analysis, and growth opportunity assessment
  • Experience developing or supporting marketing strategies, promotional activities, and lead generation initiatives
  • Ability to prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, proposals, and commercially relevant recommendations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and identify practical business actions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Good organisational and coordination skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders in a commercial environment

Preferred Technical and Analytical Skills

Candidates with experience in the following tools and capabilities will be highly regarded:
  • Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis, modelling, and reporting
  • Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboarding and business intelligence tools
  • SQL for querying and analysing structured data
  • Python for data cleaning, reporting automation, forecasting, and business analytics
  • CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar systems
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and digital performance tracking tools
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, digital lead generation, conversion funnels, and campaign measurement
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation, marketing attribution, cohort analysis, A/B testing, and ROI / ROMI analysis
  • Experience in data visualisation, performance reporting, and insight presentation
  • Exposure to AI-assisted analytics, predictive analytics, workflow automation, or data storytelling
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Experience in commercial, property, development, leasing, or construction-related business environments is advantageous
  • Experience in roles involving both marketing responsibilities and analytical reporting is advantageous
