Project Manager
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering impactful projects and driving organisational change? RealNZ is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new systems that support our strategic goals.
This is not your average PM role - we're looking for a legend who can seamlessly blend traditional project management with business analysis. You'll be the bridge between business and technology, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver solutions that make a real difference.
What You'll Be Doing- Lead end-to-end project delivery - from platform identification to implementation.
- Manage project plans, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful outcomes.
- Conduct business analysis - gather requirements, evaluate solutions, and define future state processes.
- Drive change management across business units to support adoption and transformation.
- Analyse data and workflows to uncover insights and optimise performance.
- Document everything - from user stories to functional specs and user guides.
- Proven experience in project management and business analysis.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and data analysis.
- Experience with tools like MS Project, Jira, Trello, Visio.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
- A growth mindset, resilience, and a collaborative spirit.
