Truck driver team leader

ReadySet Concrete Limited is a well-established and growing company expanding its team to meet rising market demands. We are now seeking truck driver team leaders to join our operations and encourage qualified individuals to apply.

• Procure, maintain, and manage fuel supply for transport vehicles and related equipment
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements, provide advice and information on vehicle types, rental rates, associated duties, and resolve any customer concerns
• Receive and process customer orders and bookings, as well as plan and implement transportation schedules
• Ensure goods are stored and transported in a manner that maintains their quality and compliance with standards
• Coordinate the pickup and delivery of both vehicles and goods
• Maintain accurate business records and prepare operational summaries and reports
• Monitor and ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations and guidelines
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of a transport business running a fleet of goods-carrying vehicles
• Carry out other reasonable duties as requested by the employer

• Location: Hamilton
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Pay Rate: $31.00- 35.00 per hour
• Days Required: 5–6 days per week (roster may apply)
• Hours Per Week: Minimum 40 hours

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, or a relevant NZ Level 4 qualification (or equivalent overseas qualification), or a Bachelor degree in any discipline is required.
