About the Role

To be successful in this role we are looking for an experienced, organised and motivated Warehouse and Inventory Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Auckland warehouse. This role is responsible for managing inventory, coordinating the movement of goods, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring safe and efficient warehouse operations.

We are SME so having a lead by example attitude is a must as well as being physically able to fulfil the basic pick and pack task required in a warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations
  • Control and maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Coordinate receiving, storage and distribution of goods
  • Oversee packing, unpacking and dispatch processes
  • Maintain organised and safe storage systems
  • Monitor stock levels using inventory systems
  • Manage supplier relationships and monitor product availability
  • Prepare inventory and warehouse reports
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards
Mandatory Requirements
  • 5+ years warehouse and inventory management experience
  • Current forklift licence
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • Strong inventory and stock control experience
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with warehouse/inventory management systems
About You
  • Proven experience managing a small warehouse team (1–3 staff)
  • Hands-on approach - willing to go the extra mile
  • Experience with inventory/WMS systems (e.g. Cin7, Unleashed, NetSuite or similar)
  • Solid understanding of NZ health & safety requirements
