Cleaning Supervisor - Invercargill

OCS Ltd is currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Invercargill. As a global leader in commercial and facilities management, OCS is committed to delivering high-quality services to clients across New Zealand.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for supervising a team of cleaners, ensuring service standards are met, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the site. You'll work closely with the Contract Manager and be the key point of contact for your team on-site.

• Supervise and support a team of cleaners across Invercargill.

• Ensure cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and on schedule
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
• Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
• Communicate with clients and report any issues or feedback
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times

• Previous experience in a cleaning or supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Organized, reliable, and proactive
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using mobile devices or apps for reporting

• Full NZ Driver's License (preferred)
• Must be able to pass Ministry of Justice and Police checks
• Eligible to work in New Zealand full-time
