Our community assessment team provideshigh quality and comprehensive assessment and treatment for adults and theirfamilies living in the Nelson/Tasman region. We value team culture ofcollaborative practice and expect openness, respect and flexibility acrossdisciplines.
You will be also working alongside the widersector of Adult Mental Health services. Maori Health team Te Waka Hauora,Addiction services, Wahi Oranga (inpatient) and The Community Assessment Team. At least two years post registrationexperience working in mental health, with strong assessment and risk managementskills. The ability to engage with primary services and foster a provisionalcare within discharge planning. You will be experienced in providingcommunity-centred mental health interventions and ongoing assessments forclients.You will have an up to date knowledge of mental health assessment andinterventions. Experience and knowledge of addictions and current mental healthlegislation is desirable.
