And now, our East Auckland franchise is offering a fantastic opportunity for someone special to join us as a New Home Sales Consultant.

This role gives you the freedom of a commission-only contract with uncapped earning potential — ideal for someone driven, positive, and excited to build a rewarding career.
About the Role
You’ll work with a mix of supplied leads and your own networking to help clients secure both new-build and off-the-plan homes. You’ll guide them through the full journey — from first meeting to contract signing— while building genuine relationships along the way.
Your day-to-day might include:- Welcoming and supporting clients at open homes, private viewings, in our beautiful Clevedon Showhome(opening soon)
- Building strong relationships with buyers, investors, developers, and industry partners
- Understanding client needs and presenting tailored designs, specifications, and pricing
- Guiding clients through the building process with confidence and care
- Keeping CRM notes up to date in BuilderTrend
- Supporting marketing efforts, promotions, and info pack requests
- Staying up to date on the property market and competitor activity
- Working closely with Kurtis & Nathan (Owners) on pricing, designs, and council requirements
- Reporting regularly on sales activity and client progress

- Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, Not Essential)
- Experience in new-home sales
- Knowledge of BuilderTrend
- Confident with Microsoft Office
- A reliable car
- Ability to work from our stunning Clevedon Showhome with flexibility for client meetings and events
- Commission-only contract with unlimited earning potential
- A supportive team and owners who want you to succeed
- Flexible hours ( Mon–Fri 10–4, Sat / Sun 11–4 + weekend appointments as required) This is a rostered system
