What we’re looking for; We are seeking an energetic and driven hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while effectively leading and developing a high-performing team.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience within the Food & Beverage industry, cocktail experience preferred
• Valid LCQ (License Controller Qualification) and current Duty Manager’s Certificate
• A fun, outgoing personality with the ability to connect with patrons and earn the respect of the team
• Strong multitasking and delegation skills, remaining calm and composed under pressure

• Charismatic and approachable with a great personality
• Ambitious, driven, and passionate about hospitality
• A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude with a desire to take Aikmans to the next level

• Be the face of Aikmans when on duty
• Meet, greet and seat guests
• Answering all incoming communications
• Lead and develop the team from the front
• Assisting in onboarding and training of new staff
• Assist in developing new, seasonal menus
• Daily ordering
• Monthly stocktakes
• End of night reconciliation
• Set days of Tuesday and Wednesday off
• Minimum 35 hour contract
