The ideal candidate shall be someone who is; • a skilled barista with high consistency and standard, whilst able to demonstrate positivity and respect for those around you.- able to use their own initiative, be proactive and hardworking,
- outgoing, friendly and a supportive team player,
- experienced in all aspect of coffee making and equipment set-up and setting, and have genuine interest and passion for the love of coffee and food,
- strong in customer service skills and be able to interact and develop great customer relationships.
- At least 1 year of previous relevant experiences.
The successful applicant can be a leader and also a team player, who will stay calm, cheerful and focused under pressure.
