Roof Maintenance Operations Manager

We’re looking for a Roof Maintenance Operations Manager to lead our skilled team in delivering top-tier service and workmanship across our portfolio of projects.
As our Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our roofing maintenance division, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. You’ll act as the key problem-solver, stepping in when challenges arise and guiding your team with confidence and clarity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of roof maintenance technicians
- Monitor project timelines and quality
- Identify and resolve issues quickly with sound judgment
- Coordinate with clients, SWP area manager and teams
- Ensure compliance with health & safety policy and procedures
- Report on completion, QA and help implement improvement strategies
What We’re Looking For:
- Roofing experience, preferably minimum 5 years
- Proven leadership in a trades or maintenance environment
- Strong decision-making and people management skills
- A hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail
- Effective communicator under pressure
- Full driver’s licence, and eligibility to work in New Zealand
