This is a **Casual Position** where hours of work are on **" as an when"** required basis upon business needs. Therefore, you **MUST** be available during weekends.

• Assist with food preparation, portioning, plating, and adherence to the site food safety plan.
• Deliver warm, friendly customer service and respond to customer requests promptly.
• Maintain clean and tidy dining, kitchen, and public areas including equipment and waste handling.
• Receive and rotate stock, replenish supplies, and follow routine instructions accurately.
• Work effectively within a team, follow company procedures, and assist with dishwashing and general duties.

• A team player who can also work independently with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Physically fit, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced food service environment.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional approach to customers.
• Flexible and hardworking, with availability to work rostered shifts.
• Experience in a similar catering or hospitality role is an advantage but not essential.
