**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
• Manage and lead the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
• Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base.
• Oversee product development, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to drive sales growth.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with overall company goals.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through KPIs and metrics, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

• Daily/Weekly transactional sales of live lobster, predominantly to the Asian market.
• Lead the creation of compelling marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
• Nurture relationships with key stakeholders such as distributors, retailers, and industry partners to enhance brand presence.
• Conduct regular market research to understand consumer preferences and industry trends for informed decision-making.
• Drive sales initiatives through effective communication of product features, benefits, and unique selling propositions.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure seamless alignment between supply chain capabilities and market demand.
