About the Role:

Beattys is seeking a skilled and motivated Production Engineer to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is ideal for someone with solid engineering knowledge and a passion for high-volume, repetitive manufacturing processes. You’ll be focused on driving efficiency, improving output, and maintaining high standards of quality.

This is a hands-on position that suits someone who thrives working independently while also contributing to our team culture of Stronger Together.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and optimise bulk production processes
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain and improve product quality and consistency
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to streamline operations
• Support engineering and technical problem-solving on the floor
