Dairy Farm Manager - Victory Dairy
The Opportunity**
As the Farm Manager at Victory Dairy, you’ll be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of a 430 effective hectare dairy farm.
You’ll be well supported by a Business Manager who will work alongside you to grow your skills in financial reporting, planning, and pasture management. You’ll also benefit from access to Pamu’s network of specialist teams for operational and technical support.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be actively involved in all aspects of farm operations. From people leadership to pasture management, animal health, and compliance, you’ll lead by example and ensure the farm operates efficiently, safely, and sustainably.
We use farm management tools such as Farmax and FarmIQ, so familiarity with these or similar platforms is an advantage.
**The farm**
Victory Dairy is one of Pamu’s top-performing farms, located just outside Taupo. The 430 effective hectare property milks 1,000 cows through a modern 54-bail rotary shed, operating on a twice-a-day milking schedule.
As an A2 milk supplier, the farm consistently delivers strong results through a focus on excellent animal health, pasture management, and efficient systems. The team takes pride in maintaining high standards and using proven techniques to ensure both performance and sustainability remain at the forefront of operations.

You will also have:- Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing farm teams
- Expertise in milk quality, effluent management, and animal health
- A strong commitment to health and safety and animal welfare
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- A current firearms licence
