Delivery Manager - Projects

About the Role:

As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of Project Managers, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You'll play an important role in developing your team's capability, improving processes, and driving performance across safety, quality, productivity, and commercial outcomes.

  • Manage a team of Project Managers - coaching, mentoring, and enabling their success
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and maintenance projects
  • Ensure commercial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Build a strong safety-first culture
  • Maintain productive relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
  • Support continuous improvement and future growth through innovation and leadership
  • Ensure the project delivery aligns with strategic and operational goals
About You:
  • Have related industry experience, contracting, infrastructure, or utilities maintenance
  • Proven project management experience, ideally across both capital works and maintenance environments
  • Has a strong commercial background with budgeting and financial performance accountability
  • Confident in leading teams, managing multiple priorities, and guiding decision-making
  • Can build strong internal and external relationships with ease
  • Shows initiative, professionalism, and a commitment to safety and quality
