Sales & Logistics Coordinator
Turfrey is on the lookout for a driven and motivated individual to join our Turfrey team as a Sales & Logistics Coordinator. This is a newly created full-time permanent role based in our Hastings showroom. You’ll be the go-to person for sales & logistics support - managing the sales flow from order to delivery.
Key responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service both online and our Retail store with a big focus on Sales
- Manage order logistics - some picking and packing involved, though there will be support during peak periods!
- Accurate invoicing and receipting
- General sales administration that goes on behind the scenes
Note, some of these logistics-based tasks will be for the purpose of covering a parental leave period and will sit back with another team member on their return.
We are looking for:- A highly motivated individual – bring a great attitude, energy and a can-do mindset!
- Someone tech-savvy who is quick to learn new systems and processes – you want to grow and learn
- Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport with customers and the wider team

The larger side of the group is the Trades and Services where we employ more than 150 full-time staff across the North Island, providing a range of specialist trade services to mostly commercial clients for Plumbing, Gas, Roofing, Heating, Drainage and Insulated Panel.
