Our client is one of New Zealand’s leaders in the manufacturing of cardboard packaging solutions and we are on the lookout for Machine Operator Assistants for their Hastings based factory.

The role:

We are looking for Machine Operator Assistants for our Hastings based client, for these roles you will have proven factory experience, with good mechanical aptitude. A certain level of fitness is required as you will be on your feet for long periods at a time, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to work within a team environment.

Hours of work:

• Monday to Friday – 3.20pm to 11:20pm

Role Requirements:

• Proven experience within a factory environment.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Reliable with a great work ethic.
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety in the workplace.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must have a clean criminal background.
