Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert cutting, coloring and styling
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and offer professional advice
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products
- Build and maintain a loyal client base
- Mentor and support junior stylists
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the salon
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a salon
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Leadership experience is a plus
