Provide advice and support- Research, write, and deliver high-quality advice to Ethics Committees and the wider Directorate.Contribute to key projects
- Work alongside Senior and Principal Advisors to deliver important pieces of work that support the team's goals.Support implementation
- Help roll out key initiatives across the team, Directorate, and Ministry in a collaborative way.Improve systems and processes
- Work closely with the coordinator to strengthen team systems.Build strong relationships
- Engage positively with internal and external stakeholders to support the work of the Ethics Committees Ko ngā pūkenga ōu
- What you'll bring Proven knowledge and experience in health and disability research and/or ethicsA tertiary qualification in a health-related or relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.Demonstrated experience supporting committees, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and compiling meeting packs.Strong prioritisation skills, with the ability to use initiative, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment.Excellent interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
