About Us

Takanga A Fohe is a Pacific cultural clinical service within the Waitemata Specialist Mental Health Addictions Service group. We provide multi disciplinary service committed to best care for Pacific. Our top three values are compassion, family and tautua (service).

Isa Lei MH Services is seeking a Senior Registered Social Worker who is passionate about making a noticeable difference to Pasifika peoples and their families. The preferred candidate must be able to coordinate and advocate for Pasifika consumers, patients and families who access Adult Mental health services.

Our team is committed to improving both Pasifika health gains and our relationship with internal and external providers.

About You

Knowledge or experience of working with key Pasifika stakeholders would be advantageous. A high standard of interpersonal skills and a proven ability to organise and prioritise your workload is essential.
  • A full drivers license
  • NZ Registered Social Worker
  • Current practicing certificate
  • Previous experience in Clinical Social within Mental Health Services
