TheF&B Attendantis responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations across our café, bar, and events.This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
You’ll report directly to theRestaurant Managerand collaborate closely with theOperations, Front Office, and Housekeepingteams.Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Table Service- Greet guests warmly and deliver an excellent dining experience
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain tidy tables
- Handle customer feedback professionally and promptly
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol (Duty Manager level)
- Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in the bar area
- Set up, serve, and pack down group meals and events
- Cater to various dietary needs and preferences
- Keep buffets stocked, fresh, and appealing
- Process cash and card transactions accurately
- Assist with end-of-shift balancing and stock management
- Follow all hygiene and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
- Duty Manager’s Certificate (required)
- Previous food & beverage or hospitality experience (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Positive attitude and reliability
- Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand
