Te whiwhinga mahi/The OpportunityAs the Wellbeing Co
  • ordinator, you'll play a key role in the delivery of services, programmes and initiatives centred around wellbeing.

In this role you will be the first point of contact for queries relating to wellbeing from across a large and complex organisation.

You will take ownership of key processes and establish and maintain systems and relationships to ensure the effective delivery of services.Key responsibilitiesProvide efficient co-ordination support relating to the delivery of wellbeing services, including EAP and professional supervision.Manage email inboxes on behalf of the team, responding in a timely and professional manner to queries relating to wellbeing.Support the Wellbeing Lead with budget forecasting and the effective management of accruals, and take the lead on processing invoices in a timely and efficient manner,Foster positive relationships across internal teams and external partners, including supporting the contract management of our wellbeing providers.Assist with work programme tracking and reporting including governance reports, status reports and maintaining logs and registers.Other coordination support as required.

He pūkenga tou/Skills and ExperienceTo be successful, you will need:Experience in administration, coordination, or customer supportConfidence with financial processes, including processing a high volume of invoicesStrong attention to detail and time managementExcellent communication skills and customer focus, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholdersAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with empathy and discretionA background or interest in the delivery of wellbeing servicesTo be adaptable, open to learning, enjoy problem solving and have a great sense of humour.

Utu ā-tau/Salary The appointing salary for this role will be between $66,066
  • $90,008, based on skills and experience.
